Rates
£300 2 or 3 person occupancy per week. NB: Rates are for hire of the apartment, not per person.

Booking Details
Normally rental periods run from Friday to Friday, however we will be flexible where bookings allow

Restrictions
This apartment is not available to single sex 18-30 groups. It is only family and mature couples. This is a NO SMOKING apartment. We would respectfully ask that clients do not smoke in the apartment. A mature responsible adult must be declared on the booking form. This adult will be responsible for any damage caused to both the contents and the apartment and complex itself. All communication in connection with the booking will be made with this person.

Deposit
£100 deposit will be required to be paid along with the final rental balance and will be refunded withing 7 days of vacating, returning the keys and on management inspecting the apartment.
